Job description
Role Overview
As a Vehicle Service Technician at Halfords, you will perform various maintenance and repair services including interim, full, and major vehicle servicing as well as follow-up repairs like tyre, brake, transmission, steering, and suspension work. Compensation & Work Schedule
- On-target earnings can reach up to £37,730 annually.
- Base salary set at £33,830 per year.
- Additional monthly bonus scheme with unlimited earning potential, averaging £3,900 per year.
- Work schedule is 5 days per week.
- Earn extra through the refer-a-friend scheme (subject to terms and conditions).

Qualifications & Experience
- Must hold a Level 2 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or have equivalent practical experience.
- Full driving licence with a maximum of 9 penalty points.
- Proven experience in performing interim, full, and major vehicle servicing along with repairs such as brake, suspension, steering component replacements, and air conditioning servicing.
