About the Role

Alba Cars, a leading used car showroom in the UAE, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Vehicle Inspector to join their team. This position demands a solid automotive background and the ability to independently conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, ensuring impeccable accuracy in documentation and supporting inventory evaluation for purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed vehicle inspections either at the facility or at customer locations.
• Assess various vehicle components such as paint, structural integrity, electrical systems, and mechanical parts.
• Complete each inspection within an allotted timeframe of one hour.
• Accurately record inspection results and submit reports through internal software systems.
• Maintain a well-organized daily schedule, ensuring punctuality for all assigned appointments.
• Efficiently manage multiple inspections while preserving high quality and accuracy standards.
• Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to synchronize vehicle evaluation schedules.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers from diverse backgrounds, providing a seamless inspection experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience inspecting vehicles, including bodywork, structural, electrical, and mechanical evaluations.
• Demonstrated strong background in the automotive industry.
• Capability to operate independently without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with OBD scanning equipment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management to meet strict inspection deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between AED 3,500 and AED 8,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
• Sponsorship for work visa as per UAE regulations.
• Medical insurance provided in accordance with UAE labor law.
• Entitlement to 30 days of paid annual leave.

Work Environment and Location

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE.
• Work will involve field visits at both the showroom and customer sites.
• Remote or hybrid work options are not available; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the UAE.
