Role Overview

We seek an experienced Director to become part of a well-established team responsible for performing valuations involving business entities, shares, options, intellectual property, and other assets, including intangible assets.

• Conduct commercial valuations utilizing cost, market, and discounted cash flow approaches.
• Apply a variety of valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales analysis, replacement cost, earnings multiples, and excess earnings calculations.
• Prepare Independent Expert Reports to support various business needs.
• Provide litigation support services.
• Offer strategic advisory relating to valuations.
