Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Assured Group as a Vehicle Valeter based in Braintree. As a preferred outsource supplier of Vehicle Cleaners and Drivers, we are seeking several dedicated Vehicle Valeters. This role involves on-site vehicle cleaning with added responsibilities of driving, requiring a commitment to high-quality customer service as you will frequently be the main point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough valeting, cleaning, and detailing of vehicle interiors and exteriors to a high standard.
• Drive various vehicles in line with your license entitlements for collection and delivery purposes.
• Complete all handover documentation carefully and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles on delivery and collection meticulously, noting any damages, defects, or faults, and obtaining customer agreement and signature on these findings.
• Follow and advocate health and safety policies to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a full UK driving license held for over one year with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
