Role Overview

We are seeking a Valet who naturally excels at welcoming guests and is passionate about delivering unforgettable stays. Motivated to ensure exceptional experiences, you will anticipate client needs and perform efficiently even during peak periods. Warm and professional, you will facilitate smooth communication across all departments, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality valet parking service by greeting guests courteously and professionally.
• Efficiently manage parking areas to maximize space utilization and order.
• Keep the reception area, parking spaces, and holding areas clean and organized, adhering to set cleaning protocols.
• Actively perform valet duties including prompt and secure vehicle retrieval and delivery for guests.
• Ensure service equipment is available and well-maintained, reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Follow all health and safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments and external services to ensure smooth coordination.
• Provide attentive, personalized service by responding to guest needs and anticipating requests.
• Assist in scheduling coordination with the team leader or front desk manager to maintain adequate coverage.
• Perform all other necessary tasks to uphold service quality and ensure smooth hotel operations during guest stays. Flexibility and versatility are expected.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Valet or Parking Attendant.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient at driving manual transmission vehicles and maneuvering in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina, energy, and flexible availability to meet the demands of this role.
• Bilingual in French and English to effectively communicate with an international clientele.
• Maintain exemplary service standards consistently.
• Possess a friendly, passionate, and professional demeanor with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Embody a culture centered around excellence, attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork.
• Disciplined and process-oriented, able to remain composed under pressure.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, colleagues, and the community.
