Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Fulfill our commitment to clients by efficiently addressing their requests and concerns while proactively communicating any issues or solutions.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking and document any observations.
• Clearly inform customers about valet rates and services.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving standards.
• Report accidents, safety risks, unusual incidents, or policy infractions promptly to management.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and highways to ensure smooth customer transit.
• Arrive punctually in clean uniform, maintaining professional appearance and conduct throughout shifts.
• Support management by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and current address documentation.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions is advantageous.
• Flexible availability to accommodate special shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Proof of legal work authorization in the U.S. with valid documentation if hired.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally handle customer issues.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading, writing, performing arithmetic with U.S. currency, and understanding written and verbal instructions.
• Capacity to remain calm and adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected situations while working.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment; occasional sitting, balancing or climbing; and the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage of $11.00 plus tips. Eligible employees may participate in benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance, accident insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off.
