Job Responsibilities

• Ensure department operations comply strictly with company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Accurately assign vehicle claim tickets to guests upon vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Maintain clear driveways, restricting vehicles not requiring valet assistance, and keep surrounding areas clean including the booths and valet zones.
• Inspect vehicles for damages before and after parking, reporting any findings accordingly.
• Manage distribution of vehicle claim tickets and supervise key storage and booth operations.
• Develop weekly staff schedules and monitor employee attendance and time records.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to resolve any complaints.
• Lead hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary processes for valet team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
