Role Overview

We seek a full-time UX/UI Lead to take charge of the continuous development and enhancement of our digital wellbeing product. This hands-on role calls for a candidate who integrates strong UX principles with excellent UI design skills, user research, and product strategy, to build engaging, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the overall UX/UI strategy and design direction of the VIWELL platform.
• Lead the comprehensive design process from conducting user research and journey mapping to creating wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, usability testing, and supporting implementation.
• Regularly assess and upgrade existing product experiences based on user feedback, behavioral analytics, and business demands.
• Simplify complex product requirements into seamless, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system including UI components, patterns, and UX standards throughout the product.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure technical feasibility and accurate execution of designs.
• Conduct user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, and design validation processes.
• Utilize product analytics and user insights to identify and prioritize UX enhancement opportunities.
• Produce detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and polished UI designs.
• Maintain consistency across mobile, web, and various product touchpoints.
• Engage actively in product discovery, strategy, and roadmap planning discussions.
• Contribute to refining onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall user journey experiences.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Content teams to ensure a unified product experience and consistent brand messaging.
• Keep abreast of latest UX/UI trends, digital wellbeing solutions, mobile UX innovations, and design methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional UX/UI or Product Design roles, focused on digital products.
• Proven track record designing for mobile applications and web platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive design work including UX research and high-quality UI output.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams within agile and product-centric environments.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Ability to translate business objectives and user challenges into effective design solutions.
• Knowledge of product analytics and user behavior as drivers for design decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-driven with strong ownership to manage design initiatives from concept through to delivery.
• Experience in healthtech, wellbeing, healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or consumer mobile apps is a plus.
