Job Overview

The UX/UI Developer role involves crafting user-friendly and visually compelling digital interfaces. This position emphasizes creating streamlined user journeys and attractive user interfaces, working in close partnership with product, development, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences tailored for web and mobile platforms.
• Convert user needs and business objectives into clear UX/UI solutions.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize interfaces.
• Develop and upkeep design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate extensively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders during the design cycle.
• Lead usability testing efforts and integrate user feedback to refine designs.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across multiple devices and platforms.
• Partner with developers to guarantee precise execution of design elements.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or development roles.
• A robust portfolio showcasing capabilities in UX research, UI design, and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• In-depth knowledge of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.

Skills & Competences

• Conducting user research and usability testing effectively.
