Utility Worker

Position Overview

Join Sodexo as a Utility Worker at the DELTA SKY CLUB in Atlanta, GA, where your role is pivotal in supporting kitchen and facility operations. This full-time onsite role requires open availability for any shift, ensuring food production and service areas are kept spotless, organized, and sanitary.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually wash dishes or operate dishwashing machines.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Dispose of trash and garbage at designated collection points.
• Clean equipment using specified chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
• Engage in substantial walking or mobility throughout shifts that may extend beyond eight hours.
• Physically able to stand or walk for long periods, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts with consistent attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, varying according to client and business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• No prior related work experience is necessary.
• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures and fundamental food safety principles.
