Job description

Role Overview

Capital.com is seeking a User Acquisition Manager specializing in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) to drive paid acquisition efforts across the Asia and Australia regions. This role involves direct management of campaign performance, budget optimization, and growth aligned with revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max (PMax), Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Display, and YouTube across the Asia and Australia markets.
  • Expand into paid social advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat where skills and capacity permit, to support regional media strategies.
  • Oversee budget pacing and allocation strategically across channels and markets within the assigned regions.
  • Achieve regional key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for first-time deposits.
  • Conduct systematic A/B tests on creative content, bidding methods, and audience targeting, and clearly report results with comparative evidence.
  • Account for challenges including iOS attribution limitations (ATT/SKAD), Performance Max placement visibility restrictions, and regional advertising regulations during campaign planning.
  • Adapt campaign strategies to local market nuances including language, competition, regulatory requirements (e.g., ASIC in Australia), and payment behaviors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams regionally for creative approvals and timing of market launches.
  • Maintain direct relationships with account representatives from Google and, where relevant, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to handle platform features, budgets, and escalations.
  • Provide weekly reports detailing spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA, proactively identifying any deviations before monthly summaries.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of practical PPC managing experience, specifically in fintech, trading, or regulated financial services sectors with an understanding of compliance-related creative limits and deposit-based KPIs.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads platforms (Search, PMax, UAC) is essential.
  • Experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable about mobile attribution challenges including iOS ATT/SKAD frameworks and differences between modelled and deterministic conversion data.
  • Capable of managing campaigns across multiple markets and different currencies; prior exposure to APAC or ANZ paid media is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling independent interpretation of performance dashboards to make budget and bidding decisions.
  • Experience navigating advertising rules within regulated environments is a plus; commitment to learning Capital.com's compliance standards is required.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Bahasa are a plus.
