USA Tech Delivery Consultant

Role Overview

Digital Waffle is expanding its US recruitment division and seeks two experienced Tech Delivery Consultants / Resourcers to join their team in Birmingham, UK. This role involves recruitment into the US Tech market requiring flexible hours to align with US candidates and clients' availability. The position combines hybrid working flexibility with a performance-focused environment, supporting significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit outstanding Tech and Digital professionals across the US.
• Engage actively with candidates to understand and qualify their suitability.
• Proactively source passive and challenging-to-access technical talent within competitive US sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the US Director to manage and fill active openings.
• Develop and nurture a robust network of US Tech industry candidates.
• Support the scaling of Digital Waffle’s US operations through effective talent delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Strong track record as a Tech recruiter, resourcer, or delivery consultant.
• Experience recruiting within the US technology market preferred.
• Demonstrates expertise in uncovering hard-to-find technical candidates rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Capable of self-management and independent working with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work UK late hours corresponding to US business times.
• Motivated by achieving placements and commission rather than fixed office attendance.

Working Hours & Flexibility

The role requires availability during US business hours, with flexible scheduling. Sample weekly hours could be Monday–Wednesday and Friday from 12pm to 8pm UK time, with a shorter Thursday in the Birmingham office, or other varying shifts such as 2pm–10pm or 4pm–12am depending on workload.
