About the Role
This role requires managing and resolving customer inquiries and technical challenges related to software, hardware, and network connectivity through inbound and outbound voice communication. Candidates will be expected to maintain professional and efficient communication while adhering to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and technical problems effectively via phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
- Troubleshoot issues spanning software, hardware, and network connectivity domains.
- Accurately document customer interactions and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Achieve targets related to call quality, response times, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
- Comply with all process protocols and organizational policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of professional experience in relevant technical support functions.
- Residency in Kolkata is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Competence to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts including weekends.
