Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Contracts & Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic US staffing operations team in Hyderabad. This role involves close collaboration with onsite Contracts, Legal, and Human Resources teams, primarily aligning with the US Central time zone.
Primary Responsibilities
- Examine and amend Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor contracts.
- Oversee the lifecycle of contracts and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Operate within MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass to support operational needs.
- Guarantee contract-based onboarding and background check compliance.
- Engage and coordinate closely with US-based Legal, HR, and Delivery teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts and compliance management, preferably within US staffing contexts.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in reviewing and redlining MSAs and SOWs and familiarity with MSP/VMS environments.
- Exhibit excellent client-facing communication capabilities.
- Capable of independent work aligning with the US Central Time Zone schedule.
- Able to collaborate effectively with US Contracts teams for reporting and coordination purposes.
