Job Overview
We are seeking motivated US IT/Non-IT Recruiters to join our US Staffing team based in Noida. This role requires experience or keen interest in recruiting candidates for IT and non-IT positions across the US market, including coordinating the recruitment lifecycle during US shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates via job portals, professional networks, databases, and referrals.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication abilities, work authorization, and salary expectations.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct salary negotiations and finalize candidate placements.
- Maintain detailed recruitment trackers and manage candidate data accurately.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency is essential.
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with up to 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with US staffing practices including W2, C2C, 1099 employment statuses and knowledge of US work authorizations is advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to work during US shift timings is mandatory.
