About the Role
Accede Solutions Inc., a growing IT staffing and recruitment firm, is seeking energetic and results-driven recruiters to join their team in Indore. This position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and focuses on recruitment across US staffing for IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare sectors. Candidates with experience in working with MSP/VMS platforms and handling diverse hiring models will find the role rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for US clients from candidate sourcing to submission.
- Identify, screen, and qualify candidates leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and employee referrals.
- Manage MSP/VMS-based requirements, adhering to strict SLA delivery timelines.
- Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to fulfill present and upcoming vacancies.
- Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal teams during the hiring process.
- Maintain high standards for candidate submissions and track recruitment performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US staffing recruitment.
- Mandatory prior exposure to MSP/VMS platforms.
- Recruitment experience in Financial Services, Pharma, Engineering, or Utility sectors is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of various hiring frameworks including W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time employment.
- Proven track record in recruiting within IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains.
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Capability to perform effectively during US-aligned night shifts.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, or Bullhorn is a plus.
