Role Overview
The position of US IT Staffing Consultant at Robotics Technologies involves an initial 60-day intensive internship focusing on mastering the US recruitment market, followed by potential conversion to a full-time permanent role contingent upon meeting performance standards.
Internship Details
- Duration: 60 days
- Stipend: ₹3,000 per month during training
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per successful placement

Key Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles within the US market.
- Identifying top talent through various channels including job portals, professional networking sites, and internal databases.
- Conducting initial candidate evaluations to assess technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Facilitating smooth coordination between clients and candidates for interview scheduling and placement success.
Work Schedule
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- Workweek: Monday through Friday
- Weekends off: Saturday and Sunday
Eligibility Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Education: Bachelor's degree holders including B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent; graduates from 2023 onwards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interest in human resources, recruitment, and the US staffing sector
