- Effectively utilize platforms like Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Exhibit solid skills in sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Be capable of working according to US time zones.
