US IT Recruiter

About the Role

Join ClifyX as a US IT Recruiter working remotely from Mumbai or Maharashtra. This role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes focused on IT positions within the US market, utilizing tools like Job Diva ATS to streamline candidate sourcing and screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent by sourcing candidates from various job portals.
• Operate and manage the applicant tracking system (Job Diva) efficiently.
• Evaluate candidate resumes systematically, assessing relevant skills, qualifications, and experience against the job's technical requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to determine candidates' interest levels, personalities, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules by liaising between hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers ensuring smooth processes.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to understand recruitment trends and provide analytics on hiring metrics.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of three years in US IT recruitment.
• Experience with Job Diva ATS is advantageous.
• Proven track record in conducting interviews and evaluating prospective hires.
• Familiarity with recruitment for IT roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding and application of recruitment metrics to inform decision making.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
• Skilled in using company software and databases to engage potential candidates.
• Ability to confidently discuss company offerings and technical details with candidates.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and dynamic business environments.

Additional Information

Note: Candidates should be local to Mumbai or Maharashtra for consideration. Compensation ranges from 4 to 4.5 lakhs per annum inclusive of all taxes.
