Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated US IT Recruiters with up to 3 years of experience, preferably freshers, to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time onsite role based at 5th phase KPHB Colony, Hi-tech City Road, Hyderabad, India with night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and implementation partners to fulfill US IT staffing requirements.
- Engage proactively in the recruitment process specialized for the US IT market.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 0 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Understand various visa classifications including H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN visas along with associated tax terms.
- Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have proficiency in navigating US job portals.
- Be prepared to work onsite in the Hyderabad office during night shift hours.
Work Schedule
Working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST, requiring commitment to night shifts.
