Role Summary

We seek a US IT Recruiter based in India to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions serving our US clients. This full-cycle role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting elite IT professionals using AI-powered tools for efficiency and quality. You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and clients to define technical requirements and develop a robust candidate pipeline across multiple IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting duties for IT roles within assigned US client accounts.
• Identify and evaluate candidates through platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and AI sourcing tools.
• Conduct technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experiences, and suitability.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview-to-offer workflow.
• Handle rate negotiations and submission management for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.
• Maintain precise records for candidates and requisitions in the ATS/CRM systems.
• Work with Business Development Managers to grasp new client requirements and job descriptions.
• Monitor metrics like requisition aging, time-to-fill, and pipeline health to identify and alert to potential issues.
• Develop and sustain a talent pool for frequently requested IT skill sets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full-cycle US IT recruiting, preferably in staffing or professional services.
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and similar IT job boards.
• Ability to review and assess technical resumes for diverse IT roles including developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, and data engineers.
• Knowledge of prevalent technologies, certifications, and IT recruitment terminology.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, and comfort engaging US-based clients.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven sourcing or matching platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools like Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho, or JobDiva.
• Understanding of US work authorization categories such as W2, C2C, and 1099, and basic immigration terminology.
• Ability to work aligned with US time zones for collaboration with clients and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple concurrent requisitions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting for US IT staffing or professional services firms.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms like Beeline or Fieldglass.
• Experience in vendor rate negotiation and managing C2C engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Insight into US technology hiring trends and high-demand skill sets.
