Role Details

• Employer: Apex Systems (India)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Shift: Night shift aligned with US time zones
• Work Location: Fully remote, candidates must reside in Bengaluru
• Interview Process: Combination of virtual and onsite in Bengaluru
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with notice periods up to 12 weeks will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of recruitment for IT positions
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Perform initial candidate screenings to assess suitability
• Arrange and coordinate interviews along with follow-up communications
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment reporting
• Partner with senior recruiters to handle complex recruitment assignments

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting technical or IT roles
• Experience dealing with W2 employment roles
• Solid understanding of IT job profiles and relevant technologies
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and ATS recruitment tools
• Fluency in English communication
• Familiarity with technical sourcing methodologies including Boolean search techniques

• Background in staffing or consultancy settings
