This full-time role involves sourcing and recruiting IT professionals primarily for W2 employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes focusing on US IT staffing requirements.
• Source qualified candidates utilizing various platforms including Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitation between clients and candidates.
• Handle W2 employment specifics with comprehensive understanding of US work authorization categories.
• Maintain strong communication and negotiation with candidates and clients.
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments independently and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market, with hands-on involvement in W2 staffing.
• In-depth knowledge of US employment types and work authorization categories.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools like Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently within a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
