Job Overview
Clevanoo seeks motivated fresher candidates for the role of US IT & Non-IT Recruiter based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad with night shift hours aligning with US time zones. This full-time position involves actively engaging with the recruitment process for various US-based IT and non-IT vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend client requirements and job descriptions across IT and non-IT sectors.
- Identify and source potential candidates via online job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other avenues.
- Screen resumes thoroughly to shortlist individuals matching the requisite criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate evaluations covering communication skills, relevant experience, technical capabilities, and availability.
- Communicate job roles, duties, workplace details, and related information clearly to applicants.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or recruitment teams.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate data and recruitment activities within internal systems.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout various stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and nurture a strong pool of potential candidates for ongoing and future openings.
- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets as assigned.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are eligible.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and writing skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to persuade and convince candidates.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and web applications.
- Ability to accurately interpret job descriptions and match suitable candidates.
- Organized with effective follow-up abilities.
- Willingness and ability to learn US recruitment norms and processes.
- Availability to work night shifts corresponding to US business hours.
- Comfortable operating in target-driven environments.
