About the Role

Denken Solutions is seeking dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiters with 1 to 3 years of experience specifically within the US healthcare staffing sector. The position is based onsite in Noida, India and follows a US shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be adept at managing MSP/VMS client accounts and have comprehensive knowledge of recruiting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit a diverse range of healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), allied health personnel, and other clinical staff.
• Manage recruitment requisitions via MSP/VMS platforms, ensuring prompt and efficient candidate submissions.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals to find quality candidates.
• Perform preliminary candidate screening by assessing qualifications, licensure status, availability, and preferences.
• Organize interviews and maintain ongoing candidate communication throughout recruitment stages.
• Conduct negotiations regarding salary, start dates, and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain a rich pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping of candidate details within ATS/CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and KPIs on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in US healthcare recruitment with hands-on involvement in MSP/VMS account management.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in travel nursing, allied health professions, and clinical staffing roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing popular job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by effective negotiation abilities and strong relationship-building aptitude.
• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-centric work environment.
• Educational background at least at the bachelor's degree level preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multiple MSP/VMS clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and healthcare compliance standards.
• Competency in using ATS and CRM software for recruitment management.
