US Engineering Recruiter

About the Role

ICS Global Soft is seeking experienced recruiters specializing in US-based engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for engineering, product design, and manufacturing positions specifically for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for a range of engineering roles including PCB/Board Layout Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, Thermal Systems Engineers, Turbomachinery Design Engineers, Electric Motor Design Engineers, Hardware/Electronics Engineers, and CAD/Product Design Engineers.
• Source candidates from industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Energy, Power, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, or Manufacturing.
• Leverage various recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and JobDiva to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen applicants effectively and communicate clearly to assess their fit for niche and high-priority engineering positions.
• Focus on recruiting U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in US Staffing and Engineering Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using major recruitment platforms.
• In-depth understanding of engineering tools and concepts such as PCB, CAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, FEA/CFD, motors, and mechanical design.
• Proven ability to manage high-priority and specialized engineering recruitment assignments.
