About the Role

Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP invites a skilled Upwork Bidder Executive to enhance our Business Development department. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating Upwork, identifying suitable projects, and crafting persuasive proposals that attract high-quality clients.

Location & Work Hours

Based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, this full-time onsite role requires availability from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Required Expertise

• At least two years of practical experience in Upwork bidding, including handling both new and top-rated profiles.
• Proficiency in writing proposals and optimizing Upwork profiles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Upwork bidding tactics and client engagement.
• Ability to identify pertinent projects and submit focused proposals effectively.
• Efficient management of Upwork Connects emphasizing return on investment.
• Strong command of English and professional communication abilities.
• Familiarity with video editing, short-form video, AI content creation, and animation services.
• Excellent research, follow-up, and lead generation abilities.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and meticulous work ethic.
