About the Role

As a University Representative focusing on overseas education, you will foster and sustain strong connections with educational counsellors and international education consultants. Your duties include conducting presentations, seminars, and evaluations while developing digital strategies to enhance international student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture productive partnerships with counsellors and overseas education consultants.
• Organize and conduct presentations, seminars, and spot-evaluation sessions to engage partners effectively.
• Design and execute digital plans to maximize recruitment of international students.
• Communicate confidently in both small gatherings and large forums.
• Operate independently with minimal oversight, exercising professional judgment.
• Provide training and mentoring to colleagues, crafting impactful training programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with responsibility.
• Identify business development opportunities proactively and contribute innovative ideas.
• Drive student recruitment to meet or exceed the region’s financial objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Business Administration or related fields is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with prospective partners and clients.
• Demonstrated negotiation abilities and experience engaging with senior executives.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Preferred background includes experience in international education, higher education, or information technology sectors.
• Comprehensive awareness of industry trends, economic factors, and policies impacting international education.
