About the Role
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking applicants for the position of Unit Manager within its Agency Channel. The role centers on establishing and leading a team of Life Insurance Advisors, focusing on expanding business via effective team management and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Life Insurance Advisors (Agents) to build an effective team.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to agents to encourage business development.
- Ensure agents actively market and sell life insurance policies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through team efforts.
- Monitor the team's progress and supply consistent field support.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with agents over time.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary with on-roll employment status.
