Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Enrolled Nurse to join the clinical leadership at Edmund Hillary Retirement Village in Remuera as the Unit Coordinator for the Serviced Apartment Unit. This full-time onsite role involves working Sundays through Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including shared responsibilities in an on-call capacity. The successful candidate will leverage nursing expertise and interpersonal abilities to oversee the unit's operations, ensure delivery of compassionate, top-tier care to residents, supervise the serviced apartment team, maintain meticulous documentation, and support the clinical manager's initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a current Enrolled Nurse Practicing Certificate.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and educate the team.
• Strong passion for providing excellent resident care.
• Competent in accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday
