Join Vannguard Utility Partners, Inc., as an Underground Utility Locator in Little Rock, AR, where you'll use company vehicles and specialized equipment to locate underground utilities and ensure construction safety. Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles directly from home to various job sites responding to routine requests, emergencies, and relocates.
• Utilize mapping tools and locating equipment to identify underground utilities such as electric, gas, telephone, and communication lines.
• Mark utility locations using paint and flags and communicate findings to excavation teams or relevant authorities.
• Participate in after-hours emergency call-outs following the established rotation schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Competency with computers and use of mapping tools.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with drug-free workplace policies.

Physical Requirements

• Drive between 50 and 300+ miles daily within assigned geographic location.
• Frequently get in and out of vehicles (50+ times per day).
• Stand and walk long distances (1+ miles) on uneven terrain in all weather conditions.
• Sit for extended periods during driving.
• Lift and move heavy objects weighing between 50 and 150 pounds.
• Work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
