Position Overview
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to create stunning, responsive, and efficient interfaces that elevate AI-driven experiences. This role focuses on refining the visual and interactive elements — from typography and spacing to motion and color hierarchy — and building an evolving design system from scratch. The ideal candidate thrives on finesse and details, developing seamless workflows that simplify complex AI processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing, responsive, and performance-optimized user interfaces.
- Manage and perfect aesthetic aspects such as typography, spacing, animations, color schemes, and content hierarchy.
- Establish and continuously improve a comprehensive design system to maintain consistency.
- Translate intricate AI workflows into intuitive and effortless interface experiences.
- Pay meticulous attention to UI details including hover effects, empty and loading states, and edge case scenarios.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of experience in the field.
- Background as a Computer Science Engineering student.
- Natural eye for design excellence with sensitivity to spacing, typography, and smooth animations.
- Proficiency in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for building reusable components and design systems.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL; familiarity with real-time data integration.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and Core Web Vitals.
- Demonstrated portfolio or projects showcasing taste and hands-on product development.
- Daily use of AI-driven design tools such as Google Stitch, Lovable, Framer AI, or similar.
- Hands-on involvement designing interfaces specifically for AI applications like chat interfaces, agent dashboards, and complex data tools.
- Additional expertise in motion design, micro-interactions, and tools like Framer Motion is a plus.
