About the Role
We seek an exceptional senior mobile designer to shape Solant, a native mobile-first AI Chief of Staff tailored for founders and C-level executives. Solant operates seamlessly across emails, chats, calendars, and meetings, synthesizing scattered information into actionable management insights such as actions, replies, or decisions. This product transcends traditional AI assistants, task managers, or chatbots, pioneering an innovative interaction model with AI that lacks established UX templates.
The product is in active development, gearing up for private beta. While the core product model and team are established, fundamental UX choices, the design system, and visual language remain to be shaped.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform complex AI-driven systems into straightforward, intuitive native mobile interfaces.
- Develop refined, distinctive, and premium-grade iOS and Android experiences.
- Engage thoughtfully with product logic, context, states, and trust-building mechanisms inherent to AI.
- Operate autonomously without requiring detailed guidance.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to influence not only the user interface but also overall product direction.
Candidate Requirements
A portfolio demonstrating native mobile product design expertise is mandatory; applications lacking a portfolio will not be reviewed.
