Role Summary
The company is looking for a talented, imaginative, and outcome-driven UI/UX Designer. This individual will be responsible for crafting contemporary, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized websites. The role requires collaboration with developers and project managers to ensure digital experiences are seamless and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-centered website designs prioritizing usability and visual appeal.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, site architectures, and interactive prototypes.
- Perform UX research, competitive analysis, and usability tests.
- Produce high-fidelity designs suitable for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Enhance user journeys to boost engagement, conversions, and user satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility norms, and web technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A robust portfolio demonstrating modern website designs and UX case studies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong grasp of User Experience (UX), User Interface Design (UI), responsive web design, and design systems.
- Experience designing websites for sectors like hospitality, restaurants, travel, SaaS, e-commerce, or corporate environments is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly design methodologies.
- Familiarity with animations and micro-interactions.
