Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate both business and user needs to inform design decisions.
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for various platforms.
- Create responsive designs suited for web and mobile devices.
- Design user experiences accommodating both Arabic (Right-to-Left) and English (Left-to-Right) languages.
- Perform usability testing to gather feedback and enhance user interaction quality.
- Establish and upkeep design systems and standardized UI guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and business teams.
- Guarantee designs meet criteria for accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of three years’ experience in UI/UX design roles.
- Expertise with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated practical experience in crafting digital products with bilingual and Arabic focus.
- Deep knowledge of right-to-left layout structures, Arabic typography, and localization nuances.
- Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design principles, complemented by experience in user research and usability testing techniques.
- Strong communication abilities and experience managing relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sectors like government, banking, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), HTML, and CSS.
