The company is revolutionizing how financial institutions handle intricate trading and investment operations. Following substantial investment and global expansion, they are completely rebuilding their technology platform with a fresh, cloud-native architecture and cutting-edge AI-assisted development processes.
Responsibilities
As a member of a dynamic engineering team, you will architect and create scalable applications from scratch using TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Next.js, and cloud technologies. You will influence architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices, embracing an AI-first culture to accelerate high-quality software delivery using tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidates will have solid commercial experience with TypeScript and JavaScript, alongside familiarity with Node.js, React, Next.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is advantageous. A passion for solving complex challenges, taking ownership, and delivering impactful software is essential.
