Job description
About the Company and Role
Ola Electric is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join its Service & After-Sales team. This position is focused on servicing and repairing two-wheeler vehicles, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. Both candidates with Electric Vehicle (EV) experience and those familiar with Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles are invited to apply. The role is based in Cuttack, Orissa, but may involve multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and service operations on two-wheeler vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair vehicle components, including electrical systems, motors, and mechanical parts.
- Complete assigned service jobs efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and service procedures.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and update job documentation timely.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and workshop supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Educational background with ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- Preferably experience with Electric Vehicles; candidates experienced with Internal Combustion Engine automobiles will also be considered.
Additional Information
- Location: Primarily Cuttack, Orissa, with opportunities in multiple locations.
- Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 17,000.
