Join our dynamic Workforce Transformation team to partner with organizations in reshaping their operating models, workforce strategies, and talent capabilities amid the evolving influence of AI on the workplace. Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness evaluations, analyze workforce impacts, and develop adoption roadmaps for clients.
• Identify responsible AI integration opportunities in business and operational models.
• Develop and implement AI-enhanced role, skills, and capability frameworks.
• Design future-state operating models, governance, capability frameworks, and organizational structures.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable transformation pathways and implementation plans.
• Drive leadership alignment and decision-making focused on change management.
• Build skills-based workforce strategies including career progression, mobility frameworks, and talent marketplaces.
• Assist clients in enhancing AI literacy, enterprise learning initiatives, and capability-building academies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes throughout the transformation process.
• Create program content such as workshops, communications, and leadership materials.
• Manage external partnerships and cross-regional collaborations as needed.
• Contribute to practice development through Workforce Transformation assets, methodologies, and AI-powered tools.
• Enhance internal and external thought leadership via insights, publications, and speaking engagements.
• Mentor junior colleagues and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or MBA from a reputable university.
• At least 10 years of experience, especially in consulting or industry roles specializing in operating model transformation, workforce strategy, organization design, or AI-enabled transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
• Experience working on projects in the ASEAN region or global markets is advantageous.
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and adaptability under pressure and shifting priorities.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with resilience and result orientation.
