TSC Workforce Planner - Workforce Planning, Capacity Utilization, Demand Forecasting, Data Analysis

Scope

• Develop comprehensive forecasts of demand and available supply pools spanning 90 to 180 days.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and delivery teams to establish rolling 3 to 6 month plans addressing demand-supply disparities.
• Generate actionable insights and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development for timely skill development and hiring interventions.
• Establish and facilitate the TSC Control Tower to promote alignment and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the TSC Control Tower, ensuring health and oversight of regional planning efforts.
• Work closely with Business Advisors, consulting leaders, and sales teams to strategize staffing for key accounts.
• Produce dependable forecasts of demand and supply pools over a 90 to 180-day horizon.
• Partner with sales and delivery units to execute rolling plans spanning 3 to 6 months, focusing on balancing workforce availability with demand.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to initiate just-in-time expertise development and recruitment actions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, capable of generating detailed reports and presenting insights through PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing GPT technology to conduct data analysis and gain insights.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in resource management and workforce planning within IT, ITES, product, or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior-level stakeholders and a global perspective.
• Availability to work flexible hours between 12 noon and 9 pm IST.
