Job description
Role Overview
This key position supports the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) by managing healthcare support administration on a global scale. It is a multifunctional role that facilitates coordination and delivery of essential service components, enhancing team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the medical records collection process, including coordinating collection, translation, and distribution of documents to relevant parties.
- Execute various TOP-related administrative tasks according to instructions to ensure prompt and accurate completion.
- Perform medical service administrative duties that support healthcare services for TOP beneficiaries.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of beneficiary information at all times.
- Comply with processes, policies, and procedures relevant to a TOP Administrator’s responsibilities.
- Maintain proper documentation adhering to company guidelines and promptly address inquiries to full resolution.
- Communicate in writing with beneficiaries and healthcare providers as necessary for follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with International SOS teams to ensure clear understanding and communication of TRICARE policies, self-service tools, and benefit regulations to beneficiaries and providers.
- Encourage the adoption of electronic submissions, payment solutions, and other self-service technologies.
- Meet quality and quantity benchmarks, including key service level performance indicators.
- Follow all company policies and procedures consistently.
- Support training and guidance for new employees when required.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training programs provided by International SOS.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in computer and Windows PC applications with an ability to learn complex systems.
- Two to three years of customer service experience managing email, web-based, or in-person correspondence.
- Prior experience in healthcare-related environments is advantageous.
- Background in office, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles utilizing computer tools extensively.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals.
- Highly organized and capable of managing personal workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills for issue resolution.
- Customer-focused and process-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Effective communication skills in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Korean), both spoken and written.
