Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update liquidity forecasting models, establishing early warning thresholds and procedures for escalation.
• Collaborate with Market Maker, Risk, and Operations teams to manage liquidity during daily operations and peak periods.
• Create dashboards and detailed reports to monitor treasury metrics such as surplus levels, reserve ratios, and utilization of funds.
• Perform scenario analyses and stress tests on liquidity positions to anticipate potential risks.
• Deliver analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior management concerning capital distribution and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary treasury liaison for new product launches like earn products, lending, derivatives, and token listings.
• Assess capital needs, settlement processes, and risk factors for newly introduced products.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth product deployment.

Requirements

• More than five years of professional experience, including at least one year in crypto treasury, trading or financial operations at centralized exchanges, DeFi protocols, or crypto-native companies.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge in managing liquidity across various assets and blockchain networks.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python/Pandas for extracting insights and automating report generation.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Risk.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, able to independently address issues such as blockchain congestion, abrupt withdrawal surges, and settlement discrepancies under pressure.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience at major crypto exchanges and familiarity with on-chain analytics, DeFi, wallet tech, and regulatory frameworks like MiCA or VARA.
• Desirable qualifications include CFA, FRM certifications or experience in traditional finance treasury.
