Travel Sales Executive

About the Role

TripUntold is seeking motivated and target-oriented Travel Sales Executives/Telecallers to enhance our sales team. The primary focus is to connect with potential clients, comprehend their travel needs, and successfully convert queries into confirmed bookings.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Malayalam languages is essential.
• Possession of a personal laptop.
• Reliable internet connection.
• A quiet environment suitable for making calls.
• Availability for full-time engagement.
• Capacity to manage 8 to 10 hours of calling daily.

Core Responsibilities

• Proactively call and follow up with travel inquiries.
• Identify and understand customers' travel preferences and requirements.
• Recommend appropriate travel packages tailored to clients.
• Effectively pitch offers, negotiate, and finalize sales.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication skills with persuasive capabilities.
• Energetic, confident, and focused on meeting targets.
• Comfortable dealing with rejection and maintaining motivation.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience.
• Previous exposure to telecalling or sales is a plus.

Compensation and Work Hours

• Base salary of ₹15,000 per month.
• Lucrative performance-based incentives, with potential to double the monthly earnings.
• Work schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, comprising 4 working days and 3 off days weekly.
• Option to work from home.
