About the Role
Crown is expanding and seeks a Travel & Mobilisation Administrator to support employee and subcontractor travel coordination across projects in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. This position is vital within the Business Services team, managing travel, accommodation, and workforce mobilisation to ensure personnel arrive safely, punctually, and fully prepared at project sites.
Key Duties
- Arrange domestic and international flights, accommodations, transfers, and vehicle rentals.
- Handle travel adjustments, cancellations, and urgent bookings promptly.
- Organize employee and subcontractor mobilisations according to project demands.
- Communicate with Project and Site Managers about workforce and mobilisation needs.
- Ensure all necessary documentation such as passports, visas, work permits, A1 certificates, and training or competency records are up to date.
- Administer accommodation assignments, occupancy, and related concerns.
- Maintain precise records of travel, accommodation, and mobilisation details.
- Process related invoices and contribute to tracking expenses.
- Serve as the primary liaison for employees and project teams on travel and mobilisation matters.
- Seek and recommend ways to streamline procedures and boost operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in travel coordination, logistics, mobilisation, or administrative functions.
- Exceptional organization and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills complemented by problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience arranging international travel.
- Familiarity with visa and work permit regulations.
- Exposure to travel or workforce management software systems.
