Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Entertainment Travel Coordinator (37.5 hours/week) to assist our entertainment travel departments, managing diverse client travel needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support in managing client travel arrangements, including air, hotel, rail, ground transport, and ancillary bookings, ensuring all meet client standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes, understanding requirements fully and communicating proactively to meet service level agreements and uphold TAG's high service standards.
- Handle administrative duties related to inquiries, bookings, and ticketing with excellent accuracy and quality documentation.
- Develop expertise in fare structures, contracted rates, ticketing, and reissuing processes.
- Assist in tracking client and supplier priorities, responding to errors or complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Promptly address all client inquiries and requests with accuracy.
- Expand knowledge and confidence in all areas of entertainment travel coordination.
- Adhere strictly to PCI compliance as per company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for group travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of high school diploma; Travel Diploma is a plus.
- Minimum of one year’s experience as a Travel Assistant or Agent within a corporate or travel management company setting.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- At least one year’s experience using GDS platforms such as Galileo or Amadeus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Keen organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and complete projects reliably.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate across teams, locations, and time zones, building positive relationships with both external clients and internal colleagues.
