Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Assess client travel preferences and recommend appropriate travel packages or trips.
• Provide trip quotations and maintain ongoing communication with customers to close bookings.
• Manage logistics including coordination with hotels, transportation providers, drivers, and local partners.
• Document customer information and booking details using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
• Offer assistance and support to travelers before departure and throughout their journey.

Terms and Conditions

• This is a full-time position requiring attendance at the office located in Azara, Guwahati, near the airport.
• The role does not support any work-from-home or hybrid work arrangements.
• The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 25,000 INR, determined by the candidate's expertise and experience.
