Job Overview

Nature Hospitality is looking for a knowledgeable and client-oriented Travel Consultant to support customers in organizing and reserving their travel plans. The role demands excellent communication, meticulousness, and enthusiasm for creating outstanding travel experiences.

Main Duties

• Engage with clients to identify their travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Conduct thorough research and suggest suitable destinations, lodging, transport, and activities.
• Arrange bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Provide clients with essential details about travel regulations, visa prerequisites, insurance, and safety measures.
• Create detailed travel itineraries ensuring every arrangement is correct.
• Manage alterations, cancellations, and customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain strong partnerships with vendors, airlines, and accommodation providers.
• Meet sales targets while promoting travel packages and available upgrades.
• Handle payment processing and keep precise records.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a Travel Consultant or equivalent position.
• Strong familiarity with both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Knowledge of global distribution systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proven skills in sales and negotiation.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and efficiently manage time.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
