Role Overview

This remote, full-time Travel Consultant position entails advising customers on domestic travel possibilities and developing custom itinerary plans in line with their interests and budgetary limits. Responsibilities include managing bookings for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and tour packages, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation. Handling customer inquiries, providing detailed destination guidance, and resolving booking-related issues form a key part of maintaining excellent customer relations. Daily tasks also involve the use of booking and reservation systems, supplier coordination, client communication concerning itinerary updates, and strict adherence to company protocols for documentation and payments. Keeping abreast of current travel trends, administrative policies, and promotions is essential to offer informed guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong travel consulting skills to correctly interpret client requirements and recommend optimal travel solutions.
• Experience in comprehensive travel management, including the development of complete itineraries and multi-service coordination.
• Proficiency in overseeing various travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transportation, and package tours.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities for managing queries, feedback, and problem-solving.
• Practical experience with reservation and booking platforms with meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple client demands remotely.
• Fundamental understanding of domestic travel regulations.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality sector and possession of a relevant diploma or degree is advantageous.
