About Us
Trekkaro India organizes group trekking and multi-day travel packages mainly across Maharashtra and Karnataka, operating departures from Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. We are seeking a Travel Consultant to manage inbound customer inquiries and convert them into bookings while ensuring excellent customer engagement prior to the trip.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications via calls, WhatsApp, and website regarding trekking and tour packages, converting interest into confirmed reservations.
- Promptly follow up on leads generated from digital advertisements on Meta platforms, Instagram, and website forms, meeting specified response time goals.
- Provide clear explanations to potential travelers about the trip itinerary, what is included and excluded, pricing, safety protocols, and pickup locations.
- Address objections related to pricing, safety, concerns about solo travel, or schedule conflicts to successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of lead statuses, follow-ups, and bookings using CRM systems or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to confirm batch sizes, departure schedules, and cancellations.
- Collect advance payments and deliver booking confirmations, packing instructions, and detailed trip information to clients.
- Resolve post-booking inquiries related to rescheduling, cancellations, or adding group members.
- Promote additional offerings such as photography services, private transportation, and extended stays where applicable.
- Collect customer feedback following trips and provide reports on call activity and conversion rates daily and weekly.
