We are seeking a diligent Travel Agent / Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to domestic and international holiday packages through calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions via multiple communication channels regarding travel packages.
- Create personalized travel itineraries and prepare competitive price quotations tailored to client preferences and budget constraints.
- Effectively convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with vendors such as hotels, airlines, and Destination Management Companies to arrange bookings and negotiate pricing.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers and manage the complete customer relationship lifecycle.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between INR 22000 and INR 40000.
