Travel Agent

About the Role

Trip to Farms Travel Agency is seeking motivated Sales Executives and Travel Agents to join their team based in Delhi and the NCR region. This role primarily involves marketing school trips and educational tours to nearby schools, arranging meetings with school management and coordinators, promoting tour packages and group outings, as well as visiting corporate companies based on requirements. Regular visits to assigned or nearby schools and organizations are expected to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote educational and school trips in local schools through effective marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with school management and coordinators to discuss travel plans.
• Advertise tour packages and group outings to potential clients.
• Visit corporate companies to explore travel needs as per organizational requirements.
• Maintain consistent engagement with assigned areas including schools and organizations.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and persuasion capabilities.
• Interest in sales and marketing fields.
• Confidence in visiting schools and companies independently.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary of ₹18,000 per month with attractive incentives linked to performance and bookings. Travel allowance is also provided. Opportunities for growth and performance-oriented earnings are available.
